A technical office, governed
THOTH is the operating methodology behind 20 years and USD 4.1B of technical practice, packaged for permanent deployment in any technical office. Not software. One purchase. Deployed in 48 hours. No subscriptions.
Most technical offices run on individual judgment — not a system.
Work gets produced and managed based on each engineer's own habits — their own naming conventions, their own file structures, their own idea of what a complete submission looks like. This produces predictable, recurring failures.
- 01
Submissions are rejected for being incomplete, incorrectly named, or missing metadata — and every rejection costs man-hours and delays the programme.
- 02
Files live on individual machines. When someone is out, the work is inaccessible. When they leave, the knowledge leaves with them.
- 03
Closeout documentation can't be assembled, so the retention payment — typically 10% of contract value — is written off rather than claimed.
- 04
One site engineer carries planning, quality control, logistics, cost control, and safety as a single role — then takes the blame when something slips.
- 05
When a delay, defect, or disputed variation arises, there's no documented trail to defend the firm's position. Claims are lost on evidence, not merit.
The root cause is not the people. It is the absence of a governing system — and no amount of talent, supervision, or software resolves a structural absence.
A governing system for technical offices.
THOTH is not software or a template pack. It's a governed methodology — protocols, standards, and tools covering how a technical office hires, structures its files, communicates externally, and closes out a project.
All five modules deploy together in 48 hours, or adopt them one at a time as capacity allows.

Three tiers. One system.
Independent engineers and small consultancies whose biggest risk is their own time — every hour spent formatting a register or chasing a file is an hour not billed. THOTH gives a single operator the file structure, registers, and protocols of a full technical office.
Architecture, engineering, and construction firms with 5–50 technical staff. Their primary risk is inconsistent output, rejected submissions, forfeited retention, and an inability to scale beyond what an informal system can handle. THOTH makes performance a system output, not an individual variable.
Larger organizations running multiple concurrent projects, where governance gaps compound across teams and offices. THOTH standardizes the technical office function across every project, so quality doesn't depend on which team you happen to get.
Pricing is tier-based with regional purchasing-power adjustments. Current pricing and tier selection are on Gumroad.
View Tiers on GumroadA 10% retention on a $500,000 contract is $50,000. If the project closes without proper documentation, that retention is forfeited — permanently. THOTH costs a fraction of that, once. The question isn't whether it's expensive. It's whether the absence of it is.
Before you ask.
Is THOTH software?
No. THOTH is a set of documents, templates, registers, and automated workbooks — built on standard office tools you already have. There's nothing to install, license, or maintain as software.
How long does deployment take?
The full system — all five modules — deploys in 48 hours. You can also adopt the modules individually, in any order, if a full rollout isn't practical yet.
We already have a system. Why do we need this?
Most "systems" in technical offices are informal — built by whoever was there longest, undocumented, and dependent on that person staying. THOTH replaces tacit, person-dependent practice with a governed, written, transferable one.
Is this an ISO certification?
No. THOTH is informed by ISO 19650 information-management principles, but it is not a certification programme and doesn't result in a certificate. It's a working methodology, not an audit credential.
Is there a subscription?
No. THOTH is a single purchase. There's no recurring fee, no seat licensing, and no dependency on us to keep using it.
Who shouldn't buy this?
If your office expects an out-of-the-box solution with no implementation effort, THOTH isn't for you. It's a recipe, not a meal — it requires someone to actually run it. If your team won't follow a written procedure regardless of who wrote it, no system will fix that.
